As our Event Manager, you will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of physical and virtual events thatbuild brand awareness and generate qualified pipeline in France and international markets.Your MissionsTrade Shows & External EventsResearch and select strategic industry events aligned with 's growth objectivesManage budgets, negotiate with organizers, and secure prime booth placement and sponsorshipsOversee all logistics: platform management, booth design, collateral production, and branded merchandiseDevelop and execute multi-phase communication plans (pre-event, live, post-event) to maximize visibilityCoordinate with Sales to schedule meetings, drive lead capture, and provide on-site supportProprietary Events & WebinarsConceptualize and bring to life customer-centric and partner events that foster engagement and revenuePlan and host monthly webinars in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Technical teamsSource, brief, and manage speakers to ensure compelling, on-brand content deliveryHandle venue selection, catering, technology, and all logistics for in-person gatheringsExecute targeted audience acquisition campaigns and create end-to-end marketing assets (invitations, landing pages, follow-ups)Performance Management & AnalysisEnsure flawless event execution, anticipating risks and managing contingenciesLead pre- and post-event briefings to align teams and capture insights for continuous improvementStreamline lead handoff to Sales and SDR teams, tracking pipeline impact and revenue attributionMonitor and report on KPIs—attendance, engagement, pipeline, ROI—and recommend optimizationsThe position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote.
