Pour accélérer cette mission, nous recrutons un Tech/Product Recruiter & Account Manager capable de délivrer au plus haut niveau et de construire des relations long terme avec nos clients et notre communauté talents.

Ton rôle

En tant que Product Recruiter & Account Manager, tu es responsable de bout en bout de la réussite des missions confiées par nos clients pour des rôles spécifiques au Product Management et Product Design : compréhension du besoin, stratégie de search, sélection des meilleurs talents, accompagnement, closing, et nurturing client.

Tu deviens un partenaire stratégique pour les founders, CPO, VP Engineering, Head of Product ou CTO des plus belles startups françaises.

Tes responsabilités principales

1. Recrutement 360° Product

  • Piloter le recrutement du brief au closing

  • Définir et challenger les critères clients

  • Construire la stratégie de recherche et sourcer les meilleurs profils

  • Évaluer les talents via des entretiens exigeants (parcours, compétences métier, signaux faibles)

  • Accompagner les candidats tout au long de leur process

  • Structurer le pipeline, prioriser, itérer

  • Utiliser l'IA (ChatGPT, agents internes, outils spécialisés) pour gagner en vitesse et en qualité

2. Account Management & Relation Client

  • Gérer et faire grandir un portefeuille de clients startups/scale-ups

  • Challenger les besoins, apporter insights & conseils produit/tech

  • Définir la stratégie de hiring avec les équipes dirigeantes

  • Assurer un accompagnement premium avec reporting, feedbacks, qualité irréprochable

  • Créer des relations long terme pour accompagner leurs recrutements futurs

3. Community & Talent Success

  • Nurturer les talents de la communauté TPC (15K membres)

  • Identifier les opportunités de carrière pertinentes

  • Créer une expérience candidat exceptionnelle

  • Partager contenu, insights et bonnes pratiques avec l'écosystème

4. Travail d'équipe

  • Collaborer avec les autres recruteurs et partenaires TPC

  • Améliorer en continu nos méthodes et process

  • Contribuer à la construction de nouvelles offres

  • Monter en compétence grâce à nos rituels internes, feedbacks et outils
