Job Description
You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
- strategically developing existing customers by establishing long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling
- managing your own portfolio of clients making sure they get the most value out of our solution
- listening to your customers and communicating their feedback to ensure our products and services meet their needs
- planning and execution of customer experience activities such as surveys, interviews and webinars
- execution of sales campaigns in close cooperation with marketing & business development
- attending events and exhibitions to meet with ecosio customers
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- experience in B2B SaaS sales
- English language skills on a native / C2 level AND another European language at a native / C2 level. Our preferences are French, Spanish and/or Italian.
- experience working with a portfolio of existing customers
- experience with cross- and up-selling
And nice to have...
- ERP/EDI/E-invoicing experience
- previous working experience at a growing SaaS scale up
