Our consultants assist a wide range of large industrial companies, institutions, as well as startups and SME's. We support organisations through services in strategy and transformation to help them reach financial and operational performance.

As a Consultant you will accompany the firm in its development and its mission to provide knowledge and expertise to its clients through our various consulting solutions. You will face difficult but exciting challenges in pursuing AION Consulting's ambitious growth plan while having an impact on the consulting industry standards.

What will you do

As a Consultant at AION Consulting, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of our company's operations. Your expertise will be utilized in a multifaceted capacity, contributing to the success and growth of the organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• You will work directly with clients on various projects, spanning multiple domains such as business strategy, carve-out, post-merger support, marketing & positioning analysis, etc.
• Embrace the challenges of both operational assistance and advisory roles during client engagements, providing valuable insights and problem-solving expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Effectively engaging with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to build strong working relationships, understand their needs, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the team in preparing compelling offers for tenders, showcasing our company's strengths and capabilities to prospective clients.
• Contribute to the business development efforts of the company by identifying new opportunities, exploring potential partnerships, and fostering client relationships.
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability for the company's projects and the company's fit.
• Assist in generating relevant and engaging content about the company, which can be used for publications, marketing materials, and online platforms.
• Participate in diverse internal projects within AION Consulting, offering your insights and expertise to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  Be part of the company board, make concrete decisions and be a game changer within AION Consulting.

What are we looking for ?

• An exceptional mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, autonomous, solution-oriented, and strong emotional intelligence;
• Master's degree in Business Economics, Strategy, Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar;
• At least a first experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong project coordination focus;
• Fluent in French, and an excellent level in English; Strong technical writing skills and experience with process modeling techniques and methods;
• Good expertise in MS Office, with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts Understanding of PM methodologies (Prince2, Agile, …);
• Ability to integrate into, follow-up and respect deadlines with technical and financial teams;
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong business acumen and interest for startups and entrepreneurial context;
• Not afraid of responsibility and decision-making;
• Able to work effectively in an environment with complex and sometimes contradictory information;
• Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles;
• Quick learner, able to apply insights from past efforts to new situations.
