Cedrus & Partners is a leading regulated European investment advisor based in France (Paris, HQ), Spain (Madrid) and Luxembourg. Cedrus & Partners is currently advising over €7bn of assets on behalf of its investors (top tier Family Offices, Institutions, Endowments or Foundations) and funds of funds programs, of which, €5bn dedicated to private assets. The company currently employs 30+ professionals.

The team currently advises two close-ended funds of funds programs: one dedicated to French and Luxembourg HNWI (5 vintages) and another one for Spanish Family Offices (2 vintages). On top of that, Cedrus & Partners is also advising an evergreen fund of funds vehicle in partnership with top tier insurance companies in France.

Cedrus & Partners offers dedicated investment solutions on listed and private assets for its different investors or funds it advises. The investment team is proactive on sourcing with over 300 new GPs / funds identified and met each year. The team is deploying between €300m to €400m into private funds with an average aggregated commitment between €20m to €50m.

The investment team, currently comprised of 5 professionals, is seeking to recruit its next "Investment Analyst" starting in April 2026.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Meeting Asset Managers**

The analyst will support the team during meetings with listed or private asset managers and contribute to the redaction of the conviction and notes on the meeting or strategy offered. The analyst will also be able to lead and conduct meetings by him or herself autonomously. He or she may have to travel occasionally.

The analyst will have to understand the different investment philosophies of the asset managers, the value creation levers and the underlying risks. The analyst will develop his or her competencies on building strong investment convictions.

The analyst will also proactively contact asset managers to set up meetings with. The analyst will support the team in developing the resources on our own investment database following the meetings.

Due Diligence & Research

The analyst will support the team or lead due diligence efforts on public and private asset strategies (funds). He or she will also participate in the different internal committees (investment committee, macro-economic committee, and selection committee).

The analyst will also conduct various research missions on listed and private assets such as monitoring of macroeconomic trends, mappings, identification of new investment thesis, market, or sector research, etc.

Funds of Funds & Mandates

The analyst will support the team in the different activities related to the advisory of our internal listed and private funds alongside the mandates (Family Offices, Institutions, Non-Profits).

The analyst will be part of the construction of new allocations (Funds of Funds, Mandates) depending on macroeconomic trends.

Data & IT

The Analyst will contribute to the development of our various internal IT tools and will help to structure the database.

ESG & Impact

Cedrus & Partners is strongly involved in supporting the development of ESG and Impact features within the financial ecosystem. The analyst will have to support the team's efforts.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The candidate should demonstrate relevant internship or professional experience in investment, ideally covering both public and private markets. The investment analyst will be helping the whole team on potentially all asset classes (monetary markets, fixed income, public equities, alternatives, private debt, infrastructure, private equity and real estate) and must demonstrate the mental agility to deal with several different topics in the course of a single day.

You are enthusiastic about investments and have a perfect command of office automation tools. Knowledge of Bloomberg and Preqin is a plus.

You demonstrate excellent writing skills in both English and French, and Spanish would be a plus.

You are curious, rigorous, autonomous, organized, and sensitive to extra-financial issues.
