Role Overview

As a Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with our portfolio of over 50 international and local brand partners and driving marketing initiatives across retail and digital channels. You will work closely with the brands first, followed by distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and product launches. You will act as the primary point of contact with our headquarters in Munich.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and strengthen strategic relationships with a portfolio of 50+ international and local brand partners (including Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Airbnb).
  • Develop, negotiate, and implement marketing plans with brand partners at retail and distribution level.
  • Act as the primary liaison with our headquarters in Munich for all brand and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate product launches in retail networks (physical and digital) and B2B channels, in collaboration with the Channel Manager.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and compliance across all marketing activities.
Requirements

Profile Required

  • Experience: 3-4 years of successful experience in a similar role (Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Partner Marketing).
  • Retail knowledge: Strong understanding of retail dynamics and promotional strategies.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proficiency in the main Excel and number analysis functions.
  • Driving license B is mandatory
