About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Overseas Warehouse Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize our European overseas warehouse operations. This role will manage multiple third-party warehouse service providers, build standardized operating systems, and continuously improve cost, efficiency, and service quality across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall on-site operations of overseas warehouses in Europe and coordinate multiple third-party warehouse service providers (3PLs)
  • Establish and implement overseas warehouse operational standards, processes, and SOPs, and take ownership of key results, including capacity, cost, efficiency, quality, and inventory loss
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities, drive cost reductio,n and efficiency enhancement
  • Lead system integration and optimization with warehouse partners, including OMS / WMS and related operational systems
  • Conduct regular operational reviews with warehouse partners, manage KPI evaluations and rankings, and provide partnership optimization recommendations
  • Oversee last-mile pickup and delivery capacity for self-operated accounts, continuously improving delivery rate, on-time performance, and fulfillment quality
  • Conduct on-site evaluation and due diligence of new overseas warehouse service providers

Requirements

  • Industry Background:
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce warehousing or cross-border logistics

  • At least 1 year of on-site management experience in overseas warehouses (European market preferred)

  • Operational Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with B2C / B2B / DF / SFP warehouse models or business types

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operational processes, standards, and best practices

  • Core Competencies:

  • Proven ability to independently build overseas warehouse operation standards and SOPs
  • Familiar with KPI management and evaluation systems for third-party warehouse service providers

  • Experience driving OMS / WMS system integration or optimization projects

  • Candidate Profile:

  • bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) as working languages
  • Strong ability to work independently and adapt to medium- to long-term business travel
