IASMOS | Parfumeur Manufacteur spécialisé dans la création et la fabrication de parfums, recherche son/sa futur(e) Responsable / Chef(fe) de Production pour accompagner sa croissance.

Missions principales

Superviser l'ensemble des opérations de production et de conditionnement de parfums.

Assurer le lien direct entre les chefs de projet et l'équipe de production.

Planifier, organiser et optimiser les flux de production.

Garantir la qualité, la précision et la conformité des opérations.

Encadrer et accompagner l'équipe de production au quotidien.

Mettre en place un reporting clair et régulier auprès du N+1.

Profil recherché

Expérience dans l'organisation des cycles de production, idéalement en parfumerie, cosmétique ou secteur proche.

Rigueur, précision et autonomie.

Capacité à superviser et fédérer une équipe.

À l'aise avec les outils de suivi et de reporting.

L'anglais est un plus.

IASMOS | Parfumer Manufacteur, specialized in the creation and production of fragrances, is looking for its future Production Manager / Head of Production to support the company's growth.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee all perfume production and packaging operations.

Serve as the direct link between project managers and the production team.

Plan, organize and optimize production workflows.

Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance across all operations.

Lead and support the production team on a daily basis.

Produce clear and regular reporting for the N+1.

Profile

Experience in organizing production cycles, ideally in perfumery, cosmetics, or a related industry.

Rigorous, precise, and autonomous.

Strong ability to supervise and motivate a team.

Comfortable with monitoring and reporting tools.

English is a plus.
