Contexte
Vous rejoindrez la DSI d'un grand groupe international au sein d'un domaine en charge de la qualité opérationnelle de services digitaux et d'applications mobiles B2C multi-pays.

Ces services s'appuient sur une chaîne d'outils et de plateformes très distribuée, avec des enjeux forts de disponibilité 24/7, de performance et de fiabilité pour les utilisateurs finaux.

Dans ce contexte, la qualité et l'efficacité des solutions de monitoring et d'alerting (notamment Grafana et Dynatrace) sont des leviers clés pour piloter l'expérience utilisateur, sécuriser les opérations et préparer l'introduction de l'IA dans le pilotage du run.

Missions Principales

  • Construire et piloter un plan d'actions pour améliorer la performance du monitoring et de l'alerting
  • Définir une stratégie de supervision robuste combinant au mieux Grafana et Dynatrace
  • Garantir une couverture complète du monitoring sur le périmètre applicatif cible
  • Mettre en place et faire évoluer les tableaux de bord, métriques et alertes pour les équipes IT et métiers
  • Coordonner les équipes internes et le partenaire externe pour faire évoluer les solutions de supervision
  • Mettre en place et suivre des KPI de performance pour les produits / projets de monitoring
  • Contribuer à la préparation de l'introduction de l'IA dans le pilotage du run (cas d'usage, priorisation, roadmap)
  • Participer aux rituels Agile et assurer le reporting régulier auprès des parties prenantes (IT, métiers, management)
  • Structurer et maintenir la documentation projet / produit autour du monitoring et de l'observabilité

Environnement Technique Et Fonctionnel

  • Outils de monitoring et d'observabilité : Dynatrace, Grafana
  • Processus IT et outils de gestion de services (type ServiceNow ou équivalent)
  • Environnements distribués à forte criticité (services digitaux / applications grand public)
  • Pratiques Agile (Scrum / Kanban, SAFE)
  • Concepts Data / IA : ML, IA générative, LLM, RAG, agents, prompts
  • Enjeux de conformité et de protection des données : RGPD, data privacy
  • Connaissance des environnements de cloud public (Azure, GCP ou AWS) appréciée

Profil Recherché

  • 7 à 20 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet IT, idéalement dans des contextes de run / production
  • Expérience confirmée sur des projets de monitoring / observabilité avec Grafana et/ou Dynatrace
  • Très bonne maîtrise du project management Agile (Scrum / Kanban, une certification SAFE est un plus)
  • Aisance dans le pilotage multi-acteurs (équipes internes, partenaires, éditeurs)
  • Capacité à définir et suivre des KPI pertinents (qualité de service, performance, disponibilité, MTTR, etc.)
  • Bonne culture des sujets IA / IA générative et capacité à challenger des cas d'usage concrets autour du monitoring
  • Connaissance des enjeux de conformité (RGPD, data privacy) liés à l'IA et à la collecte de données d'observabilité
  • Capacité de synthèse, sens du résultat, rigueur et autonomie
  • Français courant, anglais professionnel (parlé, lu, écrit)
