The Role

We are seeking an experienced
Sales Director
to expand our presence in the European market. This is a senior leadership role for a driven professional with a strong track record in outdoor LED display sales, particularly in fixed installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for the European market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent RISEWELL at industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven sales experience
    in outdoor fixed LED display solutions.
  • Strong industry network and knowledge of the European LED display market.
  • Fluent in English
    ; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
