The ideal candidate will choose the Global Trade Marketing Assistant position at Coty for its exposure to iconic luxury fragrance brands and a truly international learning environment.

Responsibilities
As our Global Trade Marketing Assistant, your main focus is support, analysis & coordination.

You will support the Global Trade Marketing team for Niche Fragrances in executing worldwide operational marketing and business development plans. Based in Paris HQ, you will work closely with global marketing, merchandising, digital, and market teams to ensure the flawless execution of global strategies and launches.

Your main focus
:
Support global trade activities

• Assist the Senior Global Trade Marketing Manager in daily coordination with key markets.
• Help prepare launch toolkits, guidelines, and 360° activation materials.
• Consolidate and track local marketing calendars and launch follow-ups.
• Coordinate post-launch analysis and feedback collection from markets.

Analyze and monitor brand performance

• Track sell-in and sell-out results against KPIs at global and market levels.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analyses.
• Produce monthly reports and business reviews for top markets.

Ensure retail excellence

• Support the creation and adaptation of merchandising and retail excellence assets.
• Contribute to global visibility of best practices and local initiatives.
• Participate in top markets' weekly calls and share market insights.

Collaborate cross-functionally

• Liaise with internal teams (Digital, PR & Influence, Merchandising, Gifting).
• Ensure brand consistency across all retail channels.
• Maintain smooth communication between global and local teams.

Develop market & category knowledge

• Gather market intelligence on category trends, innovations, and competitors.
• Provide insights to enrich brand and retail strategies.

The team consists of one Senior Global Trade Marketing Manager and you will work closely with Product Managers, Digital, Merchandising, and Market teams. All your colleagues are passionate experts who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment.

You love the retail and fragrance world and enjoy transforming strategy into action.

As a Global Trade Marketing Assistant, you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.

Other than that, you:

• Are a Master 2 student (Business, Marketing, or Management).
• Have previous experience in the beauty or luxury sector.
• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Communicate fluently in English and French (spoken & written).
• Master Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
