Descriptif du poste
We are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy intern to support the Group Corporate Secretariat in managing and improving our global entity management processes. Our group includes many subsidiaries worldwide and is undergoing a significant optimisation project.
Your work will be central to ensuring that our entity data is accurate, permissions are well structured, and governance processes are standardised across the group. This is
not
a legal internship as the work is primarily operational, organisational, and systems focused.
Responsabilités
- Platform Management
- Update and clean entity data (directors, officers, share capital, lifecycle events, registered offices, etc.)
- Standardise fields, templates, and naming conventions.
- Review and update security groups, user permission settings, and role-based access.
- Assist in designing functional dashboards and reporting views.
- Entity Governance Operations
- Maintain internal records of incorporations, deregistrations, mergers, and reorganisations.
- Track and document changes in the group structure.
- Prepare updates for Finance, Tax, HR, and Compliance regarding entity lifecycle events.
- Support to Local Corporate Counsels
- Collect and centralise documents
- Ensure adherence to governance processes.
- Help design templates, checklists, and process maps.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Document governance workflows (e.g., onboarding of newly acquired entities)
- Draft standard operating procedures for platform-related tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline how entity information flows within the group.
Qualifications
Education
- Student in Information Systems, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Operations, or a related field
- (Law students accepted if they understand this is not a legal drafting role)
- English Language (C1 or higher)
Skills
- Very strong organisational and administrative skills
- Fast learner with new systems; experience with any corporate or compliance SaaS is a plus
- Detail-oriented, methodical, reliable
- Excellent Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, filtering, cross-referencing)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
