We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in data centre projects, and a strong commitment to delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data centre projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data centre projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specifications
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define clear project goals, requirements, and technical specifications
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, keeping all stakeholders updated on progress
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and address potential risks, providing effective solutions
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical expertise on aspects of data centre construction, including design reviews, feasibility studies, and value engineering
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Prepare and manage detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final close-out reports
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data centre development, construction, and management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or data centre industry, with a preference for candidates with consultancy experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of Data Centre Design and Construction.
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
