Our client is currently looking for an
ERP Change Management Consultant
to support our client with their Salesforce project.

Start:
January 2026

Duration:
6+ Months

Location:
Hybrid – 3 days onsite in
La Defense and 2 days remote

Languages:
English and French speaking

Type:
Contract/Freelance

100%

Role/Responsibilities

  • Must have previous change management experience on Salesforce projects.
  • Create clear, effective training materials and collaborate with IT, development teams, Product Owners, and business leads.
  • Deliver and coordinate Train-the-Trainer and end-user training; support creation of Salesforce eLearning modules.
  • Proficient in M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Clipchamp); Copilot experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, formatting, and interpersonal skills with a learner-focused approach.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to manage priorities effectively.
