The Role
We're looking for an
Observability - Dynatrace Expert
to help us monitor and improve the performance of our IT systems. If you're passionate about making complex systems visible, stable, and efficient—this role is for you.

You'll work with tools like
Dynatrace
,
ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
, and
IP-Label
to build smart dashboards, set up alerts, and give real time insights that help our tech and business teams make fast, informed decisions.

What You'll Do

• Set up and manage monitoring tools like Dynatrace, ELK, and IP-Label
• Build dashboards, alerts, and custom monitoring views for teams
• Collect and integrate data from different environments (cloud, on-prem, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Use Terraform or Monaco to automate how monitoring tools are deployed and managed
• Work with different teams to make sure our systems are fast, secure, and reliable
• Help teams understand and use observability tools through training and support

Who You Are

• 5+ years in observability or performance monitoring
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace tools (e.g., OneAgent, RUM, Davis AI, Grail/DQL, PurePath)
• Strong knowledge of ELK Stack and/or IP-Label
• Experience in hybrid environments and microservices
• Comfortable working with automation tools like Terraform
• French language proficiency

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Advanced knowledge of Dynatrace across multiple modules
• Deep experience managing and optimizing ELK environments
• Familiarity with SLIs, SLOs, and incident response best practices
