Mission principale
En tant que
Solution Engineer
, vous intégrerez l'équipe Professional Services. Vous serez responsable de l'intégration de nos solutions au sein des systèmes d'information clients, de l'accompagnement technique et fonctionnel des utilisateurs, ainsi que de la relation continue avec les équipes internes pour garantir une expérience client optimale. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réussite des projets et dans l'adoption de nos solutions.

Responsabilités clés

  • Participer à l'intégration des solutions EVERTRUST chez les clients : installation, configuration, tests, validation.
  • Assurer un rôle d'expert technique auprès des clients en les accompagnant dans la mise en œuvre, l'utilisation et la compréhension de nos solutions.
  • Rédiger la documentation technique pour les clients et pour un usage interne.
  • Recueillir les besoins, attentes et retours des clients, et assurer un suivi régulier tout au long du projet.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes R&D pour remonter les retours terrain, contribuer à l'évolution des produits et enrichir la roadmap.
  • Participer à la résolution de problématiques complexes, en coordination avec les équipes techniques internes.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus, méthodologies et outils de delivery.

Profil recherché

  • Bac+5 en informatique ou domaine équivalent.
  • Idéalement au moins 2 ans d'expérience en cybersécurité ou dans un environnement technique similaire (PKI, gestion des identités, sécurité des infrastructures…).
  • Bonne connaissance des standards et bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité, en particulier autour de la PKI.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques et dans l'accompagnement client.
  • Très bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.
  • Qualités recherchées : rigueur, sens du service, autonomie, capacité d'analyse, travail en équipe et pédagogie.
