Position Title:

Junior AI Prompt and Context Engineer

Mission Context:

As part of the deployment of
generative artificial intelligence solutions for business applications
, the client is seeking a
Junior AI Engineer
capable of
designing, implementing, and industrializing AI systems
based on existing models (LLM, NLP, Computer Vision).

Main Responsibilities:

Prompt & Context Engineering:

• Design and optimize
  advanced prompts
  and enriched contexts to improve:
• Relevance
• Robustness
• Reliability of AI responses
• Implement
  Context Engineering strategies
  :
• Long-context management
• Context segmentation
• Dynamic context injection

AI Workflows & Architectures:

• Design AI workflows and processing chains using:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• LiteLLM
• vLLM
• Implement and manage
  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  mechanisms
• Manage and structure data used for retrieval and generation

Integration & Industrialization:

• Integrate AI solutions into
  business processes
  via:
• APIs
• Microservices
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of deployed solutions

Evaluation & Validation:

• Evaluate AI system performance:
• Response quality
• Robustness
• Bias detection
• Define and track
  relevant metrics
• Document and validate implemented solutions

Expected Profile

Experience & Background:

• AI / Data / Software Engineer
• Junior profile
  (less than 3 years of experience)

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Their limitations and appropriate use cases
• Interest in:
• Prompt engineering
• Experimentation
• Continuous improvement

Soft Skills:

• Comfortable working in
  multidisciplinary environments
  (technical, business, product)
• Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and creative
• Strong documentation and communication skills

The role focuses on
fast, robust, and measurable integration of AI
into business processes.
