As such, it is operating under a regulated framework and is regularly audited by ACPR (French prudential supervisory authority).In the context of its re-organization and following the conclusion of the latest ACPR Audit, a new Market Risk team has been created within the EC Risk with the general objectives to strengthen governance and processes around EGM together with allocating the appropriate level of resources to comply with regulated standardsWithin the EC Risk, the EGM Market Risk Team is dedicated to the monitoring of EGM activities ensuring the compliance with regulated standards.
