Consolidation Project Manager

Transdev is hiring a Consolidation Project Manager - Solution Deployment, Project Management& Support (M/F) As part of the Group Finance Transformation Department, the Consolidation Project Manager will lead the implementation of the OneStream consolidation solution across 550 reporting packages.In this context, he/she will be responsible for driving the overall deployment of the solution, ensuring strong project governance, and applying best practices in both project management and consolidation processes.The role will notably include:- Managing the end-to-end deployment of the OneStream Consolidation solution- Implementing best-in-class project management methodologies and consolidation process standards- Coordinating all project stakeholders (business, IT, integrator, countries, Group teams)- Organizing and running all project governance committees- Designing and maintaining a detailed project plan covering all phases from Design to Hypercare- Anticipating the needs of each project phase, including Communication and Training plansKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :His / Her main responsibilities will be:- To promote process excellence via process design, optimization and validation, in line with the Country Coordinator and the Competency Center Business Process Manager- To support the Country Coordinator on project management, providing PMO best practices and templates, notably for the Consolidation deploymentMain responsibilities on Communication and Governance- Ensure roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders are clearly defined and understood- Provide visibility on project milestones and overall progress- Organize communication activities and workshops- Collect feedback and propose solutions for arbitration- Promote and support change management- Organize and prepare all governance committees related to the project, together with the integrator- Monitor project execution, track KPIs and ensure a continuous improvement processMain responsibilities on Project Management and Delivery- Define and maintain project organization, planning and timelines- Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution- Establish and maintain the risk matrix together with mitigating actions- Organize workshops for business requirements gathering, especially for consolidation cycles, adjustments, reporting, tax, etc.- Document all functional specifications and provide IT with all required inputs for technical specifications- Coordinate and review all build activities- Ensure stakeholders deliver on time and remain fully engaged- Organize and coordinate all project phases, including Data Migration, UATs, Cutover and Training- Measure project performance, including user adoption, and implement corrective action plans when necessaryPROFILE : TECHNICAL SKILLS / LANGUAGES- Professional experience of 6 to 10 years in Consolidation and in Project Management - Ability to structure and lead projects- Strong knowledge of Project Management- Strong knowledge of the SAP-FC (Magnitude) software is essential- Experience with a previous Consolidation solution deployment is a plus- Knowledge of IT environments- Fluent in English/French PERSONAL & INTERPERSONALSKILLS- Proactive, autonomous, results driven with solid organizational and multi-project management skills- Excellent communication skills (listening and written/verbal) with different stakeholders - Eagerness to work in a multicultural environment- Capacity to challenge the stakeholders, influence their decisions and conduct change management- Promote accountability and responsibility- Ethical and CompliantDESTINATION : This position reports to the Group Finance TransformationDirector and will be in strong relationship with the Head of Consolidation andwith the Group Deputy CFO.The position is based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Group'sheadquarters, with up to two days of remote work per week and occasionalinternational travel.THEPERKS :- We support thedevelopment, work-life balance, and well-being of our employees. - We foster a caring company culture that values diversity and enables everyoneto thrive. - We empower our teams to make a positive societal impact by deliveringsustainable mobility solutions. - We offer opportunities to build meaningful career experiences within aninternational Group rooted in local operations.
