L'entreprise qui recrute Notre client, PME en pleine croissance dans l'industrie spatiale, recherche son futur Project Manager, à Toulouse ou à Massy, en CDI. Descriptif du poste Le/la Project Manager pilote des projets d'ordres spatiaux, de la phase d’appel d’offres jusqu’à la qualification sur site. Il/elle intervient sur des projets internationaux pour des clients institutionnels et commerciaux. Dans ce contexte, vos missions sont les suivantes : * Gestion de projet o Pilotage global des projets o Management des équipes internes et des sous-traitants o Gestion des plannings, des risques et des budgets o Garantie du respect des objectifs qualité, coûts et délais o Suivi des engagements contractuels et de la satisfaction client * Gestion de la supply chain o Sélection et négociation avec les fournisseurs o Organisation et pilotage de la chaîne d’approvisionnement o Suivi de la production et réception des équipements en usine ou sur site * Relations institutionnelles et réglementaires o Maintien de relations solides avec les autorités locales, les clients et les parties prenantes o Veille au respect des réglementations locales * Reporting et prévision o Production de reportings réguliers o Consolidation des prévisions budgétaires o Communication des éléments clés contribuant aux objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise * Gestion des appels d’offres (Bid Management) o Analyse des cahiers des charges clients o Préparation des offres en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et commerciales Les "+" du poste * Salaire fixe : 60K€ - 70k€ selon profil * Primes sur objectifs * Possibilités de BSPCE * Grand autonomie d'action et gestion de A à Z * Télétravail jusqu'à 2 jours/semaine * Environnement cosmopolite * Déplacements mensuels à l'étranger
