Doctolib is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Paris. You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with the Engineering leaders to ensure operational & hiring excellency while attracting the best talent.

What you’ll do

You will recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcareYou will be a recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closingYou will own the end to end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment & closing You will drive expectation-setting conversations, while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leadersYou will engage and coach hiring managersYou will be an advocate for your candidates, ensuring they have the best candidate experience You will collaborate with our robust global talent acquisition team (recruiters, sourcers, and coordinator) to up-level hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective

You could be our next teammate if you:

Have at least 4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale up environmentWorked with a high growth staff plan in a KPI driven environmentHave excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling visionExperienced collaborating and advising senior leaders Have strong problem solving skills, with a solutions first approach Have a user first attitude, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders
