Mission: Join us as a Data Analyst Team Lead to enhance our reporting and analytical capabilities and drive highstakes decisionmaking processes You will play a pivotal role in developing robust dashboards and delivering accurate detailed adhoc analyses to our toptier stakeholders
As a Data Analyst Team Lead at Qonto you will: Develop and maintain critical dashboards that drive strategic decisions Supervise adhoc analyses to provide insights on trends and outliers Ensure the highest data quality through topnotch KPI governance Lead and mentored a growing team of Data Analysts fostering a culture of meticulous attention to detail and rigorous quality Collaborate closely with Clevels providing actionable insights that influence major decisions

About You:Experience: Proven track record as a Data Analyst or similar role with experience in leading teams even if on a small scaleSkill in DetailOriented Analysis: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless quality crucial in highstakes environmentsCommunication: Strong ability to explain complex data in a clear and impactful manner to stakeholders at all levelsLeadership: While extensive management experience is not required an aptitude for mentoring and guiding teams is essentialAdaptability: Comfortable working under stringent deadlines and capable of handling the pressures of critical financial reporting periods
