La saison de la ligue Gymlib est ouverte, et nous sommes en quête de notre nouveau coéquipier(e), un(e) Account Manager en stage de fin d’études afin de fidéliser notre réseau de structures sportives partenaires et de s’assurer que notre réseau soit toujours FAN de Gymlib  

Tu as toujours voulu faire partie d'un 11 de légende ? Alors n'attends plus et viens compléter notre équipe Partenaires qui est déjà composée de 5 Account Managers (Victoria, Lucas, Sophie et Benjamin, notre Head of, et Romain notre directeur), et de 5 Business Developers (Mathieu, Eliott, Abdoulaye, François et Antoine).

Missions : 

Plus qu'un dernier stage avant de te lancer sur le marché du travail, tu souhaites approfondir tes connaissances sur le métier d'Account Manager ? Tes précédents stages t'ont donné envie de découvrir ce métier ?

Ça tombe bien Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour venir consolider et optimiser nos partenariats existants en assurant les missions suivantes :

Responsable des échanges avec une partie de notre réseau Partenaires :

Réponse à leurs questions sur le fonctionnement du partenariat ou l'accueil d'un abonné Gymlib.

Suivi des performances en apportant des conseils et une analyse sur le nombre de passages effectués dans une Infrastructure Partenaires ou sur sa rémunération.

Suivi commercial : ajout de prestations, renégociations, gestion d’une demande de churn.

Gestion des outils liés au service Partenariats : 

Actualisation et complétion de notre CRM HubSpot.

Mise à jour des informations sur le partenaire dans le back-office de l’application.

Gestion et mise à jour des contrats sur Pandadoc.

Échanges en interne  avec les équipes sur Slack.

Une journée type ?  

Ce sont des échanges avec une dizaine de partenaires différents partout en France avec le sentiment d’avoir pu les aider et d’avoir obtenu le meilleur pour Gymlib et nos abonnés.

Your fitness level

Notre Account Manager est sportif, rigoureux et fiable.  Un subtil mélange de rigueur et de bonne humeur

Écouter les autres, c’est bien.  Donner son avis, c’est encore mieux. 

Les compétences ne s’arrêtent pas au diplôme :  votre envie  et  votre confiance  en Gymlib feront la différence.

Vous n’aimez pas le foot et vous n’avez aucune connaissance de nos outils, peu importe, on a hâte de vous rencontrer

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Objectifs sur le 1er mois : formation sur nos outils et découverte de l’écosystème des partenaires sportifs de Gymlib

Objectifs sur 3 mois : pouvoir répondre de manière autonome à nos partenaires et assurer le suivi de leurs demandes en interne avec les équipes concernées.

Objectifs sur 6 mois : pouvoir effectuer des renégociations et éviter le churn de certains partenaires.
