We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager Intern to join the Salesforce Service Cloud build team within the Kering Technologies department.
Your opportunity
The Assitant Project Manager Intern will work in the Kering Tech Customer Care team to provide operational support and assist in Salesforce Service Cloud project management. The main role will be to help delivering SFSC releases and ensure brands satisfaction by responding to their requests and resolving their issues efficiently and professionally.
How you will contribute
Assist in managing Salesforce Service Cloud projects related to customer service, providing administrative and operational support. Collaborate with other members of the Customer Care team to share best practices and ensure a consistent customer experience. Participate in identifying opportunities to improve processes and services to optimize operational efficiency. Contribute to documenting Customer Care procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service.Who you are
You are studying on an M1/M2 level You are eager to discover or develop in Salesforce Service Cloud environments You are willing to progress your Project Manager skills You are willing to work in a fastpace environnement and good team spirit You are autonomous, proactive, fast and enjoy work in team You are meticulous and have good analytical skills You speak English very well and are not afraid of a multicultural context You are at ease with computer tools and have ability to quickly learn new softwareWhy work with us?
