(fr) Missions et responsabilités :
Au sein de l’équipe de conseil scientifique et de management de projets, le/la chef de projet a pour mission principale d’assurer le suivi technique et scientifique des projets clients de criblage double-hybride et de sélection de VHH. Pour cela, il/elle fait le lien entre les équipes de production, l’équipe commerciale et les clients :
Le/la chef de projet assiste les équipes vente et marketing pour les réponses techniques et scientifiques aux prospects et lors de la rédaction des documents commerciaux (plaquettes, présentations, site Internet, actions ponctuelles).
Il/elle contribue directement à l’activité commerciale de la société lors de missions de prospection ou de visites de clients, en France et à l’étranger, seul ou en collaboration avec des membres de l’équipe commerciale.
Il/elle contribue, par son expertise dans le domaine des interactions protéiques et des anticorps, à la réputation et la visibilité scientifique de l’entreprise, qu’il/elle représente lors de congrès et de séminaires.
Il/elle interagit avec l’équipe de bioinformatique afin d’améliorer les procédures d’analyse et de suivi des résultats, et développer de nouveaux outils d’étude des réseaux d’interactions protéiques.
Il/elle contribue à la veille technologique et concurrentielle sur les techniques d’identification des interactions protéiques et des VHH.
Force de proposition, il/elle participe à la définition et à l’implémentation des nouveaux produits, en fonction de l’évolution des techniques et des demandes des clients et des prospects.

The main goal of the Project Manager is to plan and manage scientific projects of Hybrigenics’ customers from inception to successful completion. The Project Manager communicates and coordinates project plans with Business Development (BD) and Production Teams as well as provides scientific advice and technical expertise to customers.
Roles and responsibilities:
Manages strategic planning, design support and execution of projects Provides customer updates on project status and articulates ways to overcome project obstacles Collaborates with Production Teams to resolve technical issues Discusses project results and interpretation of findings with customers Contributes to BD and Marketing Teams in establishing and updating commercial documents Represents Hybrigenics Services at scientific meetings and conferences and identifies new customers
Description profil
Diplôme : Thèse en sciences biologiques (Ph.D). Une expérience à l’étranger constitue un plus.
Compétences techniques :
Langues : anglais et français courants à l’écrit et à l’oral obligatoire.
Caractéristiques :
Son sens de l’organisation, sa rigueur, sa réactivité, sa curiosité scientifique et ses excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication dans un environnement international permettent au / à la chef de projet d’interagir efficacement avec les prospects, les clients et les autres équipes d’Hybrigenics, et de contribuer ainsi de façon décisive au développement de l’entreprise.

Ph.D. in Biological Sciences Solid knowledge of general molecular biology & protein chemistry techniques, protein interaction technologies Team-player, communicates effectively with team members at Hybrigenics (BD, Production, Bioinformatics) Comfortable interacting with scientists from research institutions, pharmaceutical and biotech companies Excellent communication skills Good organization habits, time-management skills, prioritize tasks Fluency in oral and written English and French is mandatoryIntitulé du poste proposé
