Job Description:
 

Join our team as the EMEA Commodity Manager, specializing in commodity and account management. In this role, you will lead supplier selection and contract negotiation activities while collaborating with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and enhance strategies. If you are passionate about optimizing procurement processes and making a significant impact, we want you on our team.
 

Profile:

Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience. Substantial knowledge of the organization, programs, or systems of the company to make enhancements within the job area. University degree or equivalent. A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of
experience.

Responsibilities:


Define the Need:

Analysis of current and future needs, including technological, volumetric, financial, qualitative, logistical, and CSR aspects. Participation in drafting specifications with internal stakeholders, establishing selection criteria and timelines. Analysis of supplier markets, identification of relevant actors, prequalification if necessary, and economic and technological monitoring. Drafting of consultation documents in collaboration with stakeholders, launching of calls for tenders, analysis of responses, and recommendations.

Procurement Strategy:

Rationalization of supplier panels. Contribution to the development of procurement strategy. Negotiation, selection, and contracting of selected suppliers in accordance with the established strategy.

Monitoring and Performance:

Monitoring supplier performance, managing discrepancies and disputes, anticipating risks. Optimization of procurement budgets. Compliance with the group's ESG policies.

Description du poste

Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que EMEA Commodity Manager, spécialisé en gestion des commodities et des comptes. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez les activités de sélection des fournisseurs et de négociation de contrats tout en collaborant avec les clients internes et les parties prenantes pour identifier les besoins en approvisionnement et améliorer les stratégies. Profil recherché

Exige des connaissances avancées à expertes acquises grâce à une formation poussée, combinée à de l'expérience Une connaissance substantielle de l'organisation, des programmes ou des systèmes de l'entreprise pour apporter des améliorations dans le domaine d'activité Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent Un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience pertinente antérieure OU Un diplôme avancé dans un domaine connexe et un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience

Missions

Définir le besoin:

Analyse des besoins actuels et futurs, incluant les aspects technologiques, volumétriques, financiers, qualitatifs, logistiques, et RSE. Participation à la rédaction du cahier des charges avec les parties prenantes internes, établissement des critères de sélection et du calendrier. Analyse du marché fournisseurs, identification des acteurs pertinents, préqualification si nécessaire, et veille économique et technologique. Rédaction du dossier de consultation en collaboration avec les parties prenantes, lancement des appels d'offres, analyse des réponses et recommandations.

Stratégie Achats:

Rationalisation du panel fournisseurs. Contribution à l'élaboration de la stratégie achats. Négociation, sélection et contractualisation des fournisseurs retenus conformément à la stratégie établie.

Suivi et Performance:

Suivi de la performance des fournisseurs, gestion des écarts et litiges, anticipation des risques. Optimisation du budget achats. Respect des politiques ESG du groupe
