Your Mission and Team

The DAT (Data, Analytics & Technology) division encompasses data analysis, modeling, software development, and real estate market research. Drawing from our extensive experience as a real estate consultancy, we ensure that our data is transformed into actionable insights, knowledge, and recommendations, making them easily accessible to our clients through modern and intuitive applications. As a leading player, we create new opportunities both nationally and internationally.

To further develop and grow our award-winning platform, Wüest Dimensions, in the field of Real Estate Investment Management (asset and portfolio management, valuation and analysis, transaction and process management, construction and development, fund management, accounting and control, risk management, and sustainability), we are seeking a Senior SaaS Sales for France, who will be responsible for:

  • Defining, in collaboration with management, the acquisition, negotiation, marketing, and contracting strategy for the Wüest Dimension SaaS platform
  • Participating in the development of strategy, communication, and execution of the Business Plan for the Wüest Dimensions SaaS platform in the French market
  • Building SaaS commercial offers (licenses, engagement terms, required features)
  • Selling the platform and its various functionalities as a license to large institutional clients and prospects through demonstrations, webinars, use cases, and practical scenarios
  • Supporting institutional clients and prospects in their digitalization process for asset management and adoption of the Wüest Dimensions solution
  • Identifying client and prospect needs and new use cases for the platform to drive its evolution (needs analysis, process review, and potential configurations)
  • Assisting with client onboarding on the platform through training and tool familiarization
  • Reporting market feedback to integrate innovative solutions and support continuous platform development

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus in Sales, ideally with SaaS solutions (B2B)
  • Strong understanding or interest in real estate investment (valuation, asset management, portfolio management, business dashboards, etc.)
  • Experience in capturing client needs and developing business opportunities, from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to quickly learn and master platform use cases independently.
  • Strong interest in digital solutions, data, and analysis
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer and service-oriented approach
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with C-level clients and internally with developers
  • Self-initiative, flexibility, and team-player mentality
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
