M·A·C (Make-up Art Cosmetics), one of the make-up leader brands in the world, was founded in Toronto in 1985 and is now part of the Estée Lauder Companies, Inc group. The fame of M·A·C has continued to grow through the word of mouth of makeup artists, models, photographers and journalists around the world.
All ages, all races, all sexes. M·A·C Cosmetics honors all types of beauty. Supporting the right for everyone to use makeup as a tool of personal expression, M·A·C offers a range of professional products. Tested backstage at fashion shows, then in store in a unique atmosphere, products are proposed and explained by professional makeup artists. Its efforts against AIDS, its products not animal-tested and recycling programs are part of M·A·C culture, ethics and identity.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Assistant EMEA for a six-months internship starting January.
The internship is based in Neuilly-Sur-Seine.
About your responsibilities:
The Product Marketing Assistant will be in charge of coordinating the launch of over 50 collections per year, for both continuous and limited-edition items, by gathering, analyzing and cascading information from and to the headquarters of the brand in New York and across 18 markets of the EMEAI zone (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India).
Main missions:
· Coordinate the launch of over 50 collections per year in EMEAI, in close relation with the 18 markets of the region: assist in defining calendar priorities, update of the Marketing Calendar and distribution channel, and watch over competition monthly.
· Consolidate and analyze sales data from SAP/BI for both continuous and limited-edition items.
· Deep dive into data, analyzing both MAC and competitors through monthly reporting to gain insights into our performance, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
· Work closely with the regional cross-functional teams (visual merchandising, event, social media, advertising, online) to provide a strategy and assets for product launches.
· Daily support of the markets of the region to ensure seamless cascade of information.
· Support the creation Forecasting guidelines for all new programs and update all information upon changes.
· Draft and send weekly Regional Newsletter to cascade all regional product updates to affiliates.
· Support in updating lineup changes and Product assortment strategy.
· Support in preparation of product marketing related strategy presentations and materials including quarterly innovation cascade, regional roundtables, marketing workshops, etc.
About you:
Minimum Education Level: Minimum Education Level: Student of higher education BAC +4/5 or Business Schools.
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: You have a first experience in Marketing and a previous experience in the cosmetics industry .
Required Language Proficiency: English (fluent)
Licenses or Certifications: Student of higher education BAC +4/5 or Business Schools.
