Vous serez notre Value Officer

Rattaché(e) à la direction Value & Realization d’Engie Digital, vos missions seront :

Aider les plateformes digitales à construire des business models pertinents pour leurs produits digitaux Soutenir les plateformes digitales dans leur démarche de pilotage par la valeur des développements, en évaluant les fonctionnalités proposées, et en désignant, en collaboration avec les équipes plateformes, les moyens de suivi des bénéfices escomptés Proposer et mettre en œuvre des méthodes et un système de mesure et de suivi de la valeur créée par le plateformes et les projets digitaux Préparer et présenter le reporting de la valeur digitale créée, Evangéliser la méthode de calcul de la valeur créer et diffuser la culture de la création de valeur

Votre profil

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5.

Votre niveau d’anglais est courant.

Compétences techniques attendues

Connaissance en gestion financière et budgétaire Connaissance en définition de business plan Maitrise avancée du Pack Office (notamment en Excel) Une première expérience dans la gestion de produit ou de projet digitale Connaissance des principaux métiers des GBU Renewables, Flex Gen & Retail et Energy Solution, ou une connaissance des métiers liées à l’énergie

Compétences comportementales recherchées : autonomie, rigueur, capacité à analyser, esprit d’équipe et sens du service.
