Description du poste de store manager :
Votre mission consistera à assumer la pleine responsabilité du magasin et de son succès commercial, économique et humain.
Véritable ambassadeur vous serez le garant de l'expertise marque et produits de votre équipe afin d'offrir une expérience d'achat unique.
Vous contribuerez à la rentabilité du magasin au travers des missions suivantes :
- La supervision et la formation du personnel de vente,
- Le contrôle et le respect des normes en matière de présentation visuelle, merchandising et story telling,
- L'analyse des KPI's pour atteindre les résultats attendus.
- La réalisation d'un reporting et et l'adaptation du plan d'action de ce dernier,
- La gestion des stocks (commande et réception),
- La gestion des outils CRM,
- L'accompagnement des clients locaux et internationaux pendant leur expérience d'achat afin de maximiser leur fidélité.
Description du profil :
Pour ce poste, nous recherchons des profils ayant déjà une expérience managériale confirmée (minimum 3 ans) idéalement en tant que Responsable de boutique au sein de l'univers du prêt-à-porter haut de gamme et/ou luxe.
En tant que référant pour vos co-équipiers, vous possédez les qualités suivantes :
- Sens de l’initiative et approche orientée client
- Attitude confiante, résistance au stress et excellentes qualités d’organisation
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité à la gestion des conflits
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de planification d’entreprise
- Anglais courant
