CDI - Global Consolidation Manager (F/H/X)

Within the World Finance Department, you will participate in the preparation and analysis of the Sephora Group's IFRS consolidated accounts (approximately 50 consolidated entities across the world).

As Consolidation manager, you animate a team of  2 consolidation analysts.

The consolidation team is responsible for the production of the Group's consolidated accounts by working in a transversal and coordinated manner on all aspects of the closing process for Actuals and previsions, namely:

• Continuous improvement of the Group financial processes (accounting principles manual, IFRS16, Consolidation tool SAP- BFC regular enhancements, calendar, instructions)
• Participating in development projects on the consolidation software SAP- BFC
• Controlling the quality and compliance of financial information reported by subsidiaries
• Analytical review and economic analysis of the main financial indicators, focusing on Cash Flow Statement (TVT) and balance sheets
• Central determination of IFRS adjustments entries and their follow-up
• Elaborate accounting treatment of changes in the scope of consolidation and the reliability of the related financial impacts
• Deliver assistance and expertise to the subsidiaries that you will support in their development or during specific operations.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …

• The applicant must have a 5-year degree (business school or university equivalent, Master 2 in management/finance, DSCG...),
• You have at least 8 years of experience, ideally acquired in an audit firm during audit missions of consolidated accounts and / or a similar experience within the consolidation department of a large international group.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance, consolidation techniques
• You will be able to work in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills and be a good communicator.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work in a team, including with foreign contacts
• Fluent English essential

Knowledge of SAP BFC (Magnitude) would be a plus.

Au sein de la Direction Financière Monde, vous participerez à l'élaboration et l'analyse des comptes consolidés IFRS du Groupe Sephora (environ 50 entités consolidées à travers le monde).

Le manager consolidation encadrera deux consolideurs.

L'équipe consolidation est responsable de la production des comptes consolidés du Groupe en intervenant de façon transversale et coordonnée sur tous les aspects du processus de clôture réel et prévisionnel, à savoir :

• L'amélioration continue des process financiers (principes comptables Groupe, IFRS16, évolution de SAP BFC, instructions)
• Participation aux projets d’évolutions de l’outil de consolidation Groupe SAP-BFC
• Le contrôle de la qualité et la conformité de l'information comptable remontée par les filiales
• La revue analytique et l'analyse économique des principaux indicateurs financiers en particulier l’analyse et la fiabilisation des TVT (cash) et bilan
• La détermination en central des écritures de retraitement IFRS et leur suivi
• Elaboration du traitement comptable des variations de périmètre et la fiabilisation des impacts financiers liés
• L'assistance et l'expertise auprès des filiales que vous accompagnerez dans leurs évolutions ou lors d'opérations particulières.

N’hésitez plus à postuler si vous avez…ou si vous êtes…

• Issu(e) d'une formation Bac +5 (école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire Master 2 en gestion/finance, DSCG…)
• Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 8 ans minimum, idéalement acquise en cabinet d’audit lors de missions d’audit de comptes consolidés et / ou une expérience similaire au sein du service consolidation d’un grand groupe international
• Connaissances comptables et financières, techniques de consolidation
• Ouvert(e) et bon(ne) communicant(e), vous faites preuve de qualités relationnelles et avez l'esprit d'équipe
• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel
• Capacité à travailler en équipe, y compris avec des interlocuteurs étrangers
• Anglais courant indispensable

Connaissance de SAP BFC (Magnitude) serait un plus.

Le poste est basé à Neuilly sur seine.
