Le/la FP&A intègre l’équipe FP&A et intervient dans le cadre de l’acquisition par MAYOLY de plusieurs activités / entités/ business qui ont fait doubler la taille du Groupe et nécessitent de le structurer davantage. Il/elle a pour mission principale l’alignement, la standardisation, et la montée en puissance des outils et reporting au sein du Groupe. Il est l’un des relais indispensables du déploiement et du suivi de l'exécution des initiatives groupe qui ont un impact financier sur MAYOLY.

Clôture et reporting :

Animation des clôtures mensuelles d’un point de vue contrôle de gestion en lien avec la Comptabilité et les filiales ;

Suivi des intercos d’un point de vue gestion et aide à la préparation des budgets sociaux en lien avec les contrôleurs de gestion ;

Réalisation de la clôture / suivi des ventes dans TM1 et QLIK et des opex dans TM1 ;

Préparation des états de reporting nécessaire au management ;

Préparation des procédures de clôture avec le management.

Projets :

Garantir de l’intégration des nouvelles entités et participer aux évolutions de systèmes (TM1/ERP)

Participation aux projets avec impact outils de gestion (TM1 et autres) : aide à la mise en place d’un module CAPEX, d’un module « exercice stratégique », revue de la construction de la marge, changement des règles de reporting (produit / BU)…

Budget et forecast

Participation active aux exercices de forecast / budget :

Suivi du planning et de sa bonne exécution en lien avec les principales parties prenantes

Préparation des reporting en lien avec le Directeur du contrôle de gestion.

Profil recherché

PROFIL :

Cette fonction nécessite d’avoir un diplôme supérieur, type Bac /5 avec une spécialisation en finance (contrôle de gestion, audit, comptabilité…)

Une expérience de 2/3 ans est requise en contrôle de gestion, avec une appétence pour les outils.

Excellente maîtrise de Excel Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet, …) Appétences pour l'utilisation des systèmes d'information : base de données,  TM1 , ERP (SAP / AX), BI, … Maîtrise de l’anglais Manipulation de données (data-crunching) Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse Respecter les engagements / délais Aisance relationnelle vis-à-vis de ses pairs (Finance) et des équipes opérationnelles (différents échelons) Autonome Sens critique et force de proposition Anticipation et réactivité Rigueur / Organisation
