Activités d'organisation d'événements :
Préparer les présentations des réunions Préparer les comptes-rendus des réunions Support à la préparation des dashboard PowerBi Participer à l'organisation d'événements (Conférence Opérateurs, TechConnection, FOCUS, Customer Day, etc.)Activité Customer Satisfaction Survey Improvement Plan et gestion de projet
Consolider toutes les actions d'amélioration Préparer les présentations des réunions Préparer les procès-verbaux des réunions Prise en charge dans le tableau de bord PowerBi/Qualtrics Supporter la communication vers les ClientsActivité Visual Management du Customer Care Center :
Mise à jour du visual management actuel dans notre Customer Care Center Améliorer le visual management actuel de notre Customer Care Center Proposer une solution innovanteCe stage est fait pour vous:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en gestion de projet ou équivalent. Des connaissances en Lean management sont un plus et la compréhension de l'environnement informatique est un véritable atout. Vous êtes proactif et proposer de nouvelles idées en proposant des solutions innovantes. Vous avez esprit d'équipe, capacité à connecter et coordonner des équipes multiculturelles et des activités transversales. Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication (écrite et orale) et relationnelles. Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.Calendrier

Events organization activities:
Prepare the meetings presentations Prepare the minutes of the meetings Support in PowerBi dashboard Participate to the organization of events (Operators Conference, TechConnection, FOCUS, Customer Day, etc.)Customer Satisfaction Survey Improvement Plan/ Project management activities:
Consolidate all the improvement actions Prepare the meetings presentations Prepare the minutes of the meetings Support in the PowerBi/ Qualtrics dashboard Support the communication towards CustomersCustomer Care Center Visual management:

You have a degree in project management or equivalent. Knowledge in Lean is a plus and understanding of IT environment is a real asset. You are proactive and come up with new idea by offering innovative solutions. You are a team player, have ability to connection and coordinate multi-cultural teams and transversal activities. You have good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. You are fluent in French and English.Calendar
