The Marketplaces Associate will play a pivotal role in enhancing SharkNinja's presence across various online marketplaces. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, e-commerce expertise, technical proficiency, and analytical skills to drive growth and ensure the optimal performance of our products in the digital marketplace. This role will report to Thibault Luminet, our E-commerce Director for France & Benelux.

Sales Management:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability on various online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and execute plans to boost sales and market share.Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets.Promotional calendar/Marketplace animation and retail media investments managementE-commerce Operations:
Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, optimization, content excellence and compliance with marketplace guidelines.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment and order fulfillment.Optimize product visibility and rankings through effective SEO practices and keyword strategies.Ensure a 5-star customer care working closely with our customer service team, implementing best practices.Develop and nurture strong relationship with marketplaces management teamTechnical Skills:
Utilize various e-commerce tools and platforms to enhance product listings and improve the customer experience.Troubleshoot technical issues related to product listings, pricing, and inventory management.Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.Analytical Skills:
Conduct regular analysis of marketplace data to identify opportunities and challenges.Generate detailed reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends/competition.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Some of the things that you'll bring to the role.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.Technical proficiency with e-commerce tools, platforms, and analytics software.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth in online marketplaces.
