Descriptif du poste

Pour l'un de nos clients grand compte nous recherchons un Customer Success Manager.

A ce titre vous devrez préparer et accompagner le déploiement du TMS et animer l'utilisation du WMS à l'international.

Les missions principales sont :

- Coordonner les parties prenantes d'un ou plusieurs projets de déploiement du TMS vers l'atteinte des enjeux métiers,

- Conduire l'étude d'impact métier en mettant en évidence les écarts,

- Etablir et maintenir la cartographie du pays,

- Participer aux UAT pays et former les ambassadeur.drice.s,

- Suivre l'atteinte des enjeux métier et l'adoption des process,

- Rédiger le dossier de déploiement sur les aspects métier,

- Evaluer la maîtrise des key-users et utilisateur.trice.s métier,

- Animer la communauté métier des expert.e.s du sous-domaine,

- Piloter les best practices et retour d'expériences.
