MISSION :
Guider, accompagner l'implémentation de la nouvelle solution SaaS coté clients : l'architecture étant finalisée, déployer le prototype auprès de 2 à 4 clients (à horizon 1 an). Piloter l'étape d'industrialisation projet et assurer le suivi (dont la collecte des données).
RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS :
Piloter / guide le déploiement chez chaque client : en phase d'industrialisation (documentation, formation éq., modules ERP), suivi (collecte des données) et développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités (maintenance prédictive, optimisation procédé, qualité, maintenabilité).
Back end : structurer l'approche Data as a services du département Recherche et Développement pour être un support effectif du Business
Chef d'orchestre : coordonner avec leadership 3 p. (Dir. Techn., Dir. Maintenance et manager du site) côté client et en interne 6 p. (Dir. techn.; et ingénieurs : mécaniques, automaticiens et instrumentation)
Être le référent technique / sur la veille technologique : formuler 3 recommandations tous les 6 mois pour améliorer datas, outils et méthodes liées et se différencier des concurrents, concevoir des fonctions innovantes
OUTILS / LANGAGES : Python, Html, Css, Javascipt, bases de données : InfluxDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Grafana /Plotly
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
Expert Data mais également Chefferie de projet, tu es familier de sujets de cybersécurité / architecture réseaux, idéalement acquis chez un gros acteur industriel. Tu rejoins un groupe britannique qui permet à ses clients d'entrer dans le modèle "Industrie ". La filiale France est à l'origine de la solution SaaS, pépite du groupe au niveau global. La posture fonctionnelle de Conseil auprès des clients ne t'effraie pas et tu sais agir avec diplomatie pour défendre le sujet Data en interne. Tu rejoins l'équipe Recherche et Développement de 5 p. (mécaniques, automaticiens, instrumentation, vision) et ton N+1 est le Dir. Technique qui à +20 ans d’expérience et te fera monter en compétences sur la fusion du métal.
