Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Head of Sales Western Europe, tu auras pour mission de diriger et piloter une équipe de 10/12 Business Developers.

Dans ce cadre, vous tes missions consistent à :
- Développer la stratégie du groupe sur ton marché. Animer des réunions hebdomadaires avec ton équipe, ainsi que des points réguliers avec chacun de tes commerciaux.
- Manager et coordonner ton équipe en t’assurant qu'elle atteigne ses objectifs de vente.
- Recruter, participer à la bonne intégration des nouveaux business developer et les faire monter en compétence.
- Assurer de bonnes relations entre les différents départements (customer care, service client...)
- Assurer le reporting des activités de ton équipe.

Pendant ton intégration, tu seras formé(e) aux produits et solutions, ainsi qu'aux différents outils numériques disponibles pour les équipes de vente (CRM, logiciels de suivi automatisé, outils de simulation de leads, etc.). Tu pourras compter sur le soutien de ton manager et des autres Teams Leaders du groupe pour t'accompagner dans la réussite de ta mission


Qualifications

Tu as une expérience solide dans la gestion d’une équipe de vente d'au moins 6/8 commerciaux orienté New Business et acquise impérativement au sein d'une entreprise spécialisée dans la vente en cycle court. Tu es reconnu(e) pour tes compétences commerciales, ton management ainsi que ta capacité à faire monter en compétences tes équipes.

Tu recherches à rejoindre une entreprise bienveillante, leader sur son marché depuis plus de 30 ans, qui connait une croissance à deux chiffres depuis plusieurs années et qui a des ambitions 2024 fortes.



Informations supplémentaires

Salaire fixe à partir de 42K + variable attractif non plafonné de 33K à objectif atteint (2023 : les Team Leaders ont atteint 103% de l'objectif). Une politique de rémunération variable très compétitive (entre 15% et 20% du CA + primes de surperformances), et des portefeuilles de prospects composés essentiellement d’entreprises déjà inscrites sur les plateformes ou
