PRESENTATION DU CABINET
Fondé en 1822 à Londres, Ashurst LLP est un cabinet d'avocats international intervenant pour le compte d'entreprises françaises et multinationales, d'institutions financières et de gouvernements dans le cadre d'opérations de fusions acquisitions et de financements, de contentieux, ainsi que dans la structuration, le financement et la mise en œuvre de grands projets dans les secteurs de l'énergie, des ressources naturelles et des infrastructures.
Ashurst compte plus de 2.200 associés et collaborateurs exerçant dans plus de 30 bureaux, implantés dans 20 pays à travers le monde.
Le bureau de Paris d'Ashurst compte plus de 80 avocats et juristes, dont 21 associés. Il est notamment spécialisé en matière de fusions-acquisitions et de financements structurés. Ashurst Paris dispose également d'équipes spécialisées renommées intervenant en droit immobilier, droit public et grands projets, contentieux et arbitrage, droit de la concurrence, droit fiscal et droit social.
PROFIL
Vous êtes élève-avocat ou étudiant(e) en droit et au minimum titulaire d'un master II en droit bancaire et financier ou en droit des affaires, le cas échéant complété par une autre formation (Institut d'Etudes Politiques, Ecole de commerce, LLM).
Idéalement, vous avez déjà effectué un stage en cabinet d'avocats.
Vous avez un excellent niveau d'anglais, êtes rigoureux(se) et motivé(e), et disposez de très bonnes qualités relationnelles, rédactionnelles et d'analyse. Vous êtes en outre particulièrement intéressé(e) par le secteur financier et les questions juridiques y afférentes.

Au sein du Département Finance, vous serez complétement intégré(e) aux activités de l'équipe Global Markets (ce qui comprend les Produits Structurés, les Marchés de Capitaux et les Produits Dérivés).
Vous participerez activement à la gestion des problématiques de nos clients, à la rédaction de notes et effectuerez des recherches juridiques. Vous serez amené(e) à assister l'équipe sur une grande variété de sujets (mise à jour de programmes d'émissions, distribution des produits, revue de contrats, documentation d'émission…).
Vous effectuerez des recherches juridiques et documentaires et contribuerez également à la rédaction de notes.
Le stage se veut opérationnel et transactionnel.
Votre activité sera principalement orientée vers le droit financier (en particulier le droit des instruments financiers).
