The Job
- Create invoices and process payments accurately and promptly.
- Record and apply recurring payments to corresponding invoices.
- Manually sync payments with QuickBooks and send receipts to customers.
- Monitor project milestones to record any extra services, overages, and other deviations.
- Attach relevant documentation, such as images, to invoices and email them to customers.
- Manage reimbursements for team members and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls, handling follow-ups, and managing contract entries and renewals.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST
The Profile
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent command of English, with superior communication and administrative skills to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Ability to multitask and manage various financial and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in handling detailed work with precision under tight deadlines.
