Vous rejoignez notre équipe e Syndication Global Trade qui recherche un Assistant Loan Syndication, pour une alternance de 1 an à partir de septembre 2024.
Vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe de syndication Global Trade qui est en charge de la distribution des crédits syndiqués pour les clients de la banque dans le secteur des matières premières et du commerce international. L'équipe comprend 4 personnes et couvre toute la zone EMEA.
En collaboration avec votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront :
- Participer à l'élaboration des présentations commerciales en vue d'obtenir un mandat et des documents internes présentant la syndication de l'opération ;
- Participer à chaque étape de la syndication de l'opération : préparation des invitations , gestion du processus pendant la syndication, allocations, communication ;
- Être en charge des bases de données.

Étudiant de niveau Bac+5 vous préparez un diplôme (universitaire, d'école de commerce ou d'école d'ingénieur), avec une spécialisation en Finance.
Vous écrivez l'anglais couramment et avez une bonne maîtrise du pack office.
Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, à travailler en équipe, à gérer des priorités.
Vous avez une bonne communication écrite et verbale.
Vous êtes curieux, autonome et motivé.
