Rejoignez un acteur majeur dans le domaine des espaces de travail équipés, domiciliation d'entreprise et salles de réunion.
Prenez le management d'un site et fournissez à la communauté de clients un service d'excellence, conforme aux normes établies par le Groupe, dans le but d'assurer un taux d'occupation optimal et de garantir la rentabilité du site.
Vous devez parler anglais à un niveau minimum B2/C1, être résolument tourné service client et avoir une première expérience en B2B.

Management opérationnel du site
Gestion opérationnelle du site et relations avec les prestatairesRecrutement, formation et management des équipes au quotidienRespect des standards du Groupe suivant la marque exploitéeÊtre garant de la conformité légale des dossiers des clients (KYC)Veille au respect des calendriers de paiementService client
Garant de la satisfaction client et de l'atteinte des objectifs fixés par le GroupeDévelopper et maintenir d'excellentes relations commerciales avec les clients pour garantir un taux de rétention conforme aux objectifs fixés par le Groupe.Veiller au bon déroulement des réservations d'espaces de travail en court et long termeGestion optimale des éventuelles insatisfactions avec rapidité et efficacitéOrganisation d'évènements pour les clients.Mission commerciale
Accueillir et renseigner des prospects sur les différents produitsDétecter les opportunités d'upsellingPromouvoir son site afin de générer de l'intérêt et des visites commercialesSe faire connaitre des voisins et être à l'aise avec la prospectionProfil
Première expérience professionnelle réussie en relation client et gestion de site (coworking/boutique/hôtellerie)Première expérience réussie en management d'équipeEsprit d'équipe, s'avoir s'organiser et être capable de travailler en autonomieAisance à l'écrit et à l'oral en Français et en Anglais avec une excellente communicationEtre soucieux de son apparenceEtre "hands-on", dynamique, positif et flexible.Appétence commerciale et développement de business sont un plus.Salaires et bénéfices :
