L’ISCOD, spécialiste de la formation en Digital Learning, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, un Chef de projet back office of business en contrat d'apprentissage, pour préparer l’une de nos formations diplômantes reconnues par l'Etat, de niveau 5 à niveau 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 ou Mastère/Bac+5).

Missions :

Vos missions sont:

Participer aux référencements clients en binôme avec votre manager:

  • Répondre aux appels d'offres
  • Comprendre les exigences du client et piloter le projet de référencement.
  • Répartir le travail à faire entre les différents services
  • Centraliser les retours pour constituer la meilleure offre possible.

Préparer et Animer les revues de comptes pour les clients stratégiques

Etre support au business en préparant et animant les revues de comptes pour les clients stratégiques :

  • Fournir les éléments chiffrés en terme évolution du CA, nombre d’ETP,
  • Valoriser les indicateurs de performances des commerciaux
  • Cartographier les périmètres, définir les plans d’actions,
  • Fournir régulièrement au commerce les informations dont ils ont besoin pour travailler au mieux avec leurs clients et prospects
  • Être garant des plateformes clients, fiabiliser et consolider les données clientes entre nos différents outils internes.

Profil :

Vous avez le profil idéal si :

  • Vous êtes une personne dynamique et rigoureuse
  • Vous avez de l'appétence en gestion de projet, coordination d’activités et dans l'analyse/visualisation de données,
  • Vous disposez d'excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et vous maitrisez les outils type Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint.
  • Vous êtes éligible à une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 (diplôme validé ou en cours de validation)

Rémunération selon niveau d’études + âge.
