About The Role
About this opportunity
Assisting Project Managers in the delivery of construction projects in France.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting Project / Programme Managers in delivering high quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet customer requirements Assisting in delivery of high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures Support the project implementation Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager Producing and presenting to customers Support the preparation of bids for services Ensuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checks Remaining in the remit of your roleAs a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:

About You
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
Some experience of participation in building construction projects in France Understanding of the tools and techniques applied to project management. Initial knowledge of construction procurement methods, including tendering, contracting strategies, specification and acquisition. Understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts. Knowledge of health and safety basics applied to the construction industry Excellent communication skills - both oral and written. Methodical way of thinking and approach to work. Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work as part of a team and manage teams. Proficiency in French and English Based in Paris with possibly some travel.Qualifications
Bac+2 or equivalent - Building Engineering, Architecture or similar Engineering School or BTS, DUT or Technical Professional License
