Team leader - développeur Java confirmé H/F

Bien plus qu’un Property Management System, Asterio se compose de services multi-activités qui s’adaptent aux besoins de nos clients : hôtel, restaurant, Spa, bar, boutique, séminaire.

Asterio est une solution cloud, sécurisée, simple, innovante et mobile qui rencontre un fort succès et de nombreuses évolutions sont à réaliser.

Pour accompagner notre croissance, nous recrutons un  Team Leader confirmé pour rejoindre l'équipe de Chambéry (Challes Les Eaux)ayant évolué sur une stack en Java web qui a aura à cœur de contribuer à l'évolution de notre solution.

Le poste :

Vous partagerez votre temps entre :

Le développement de nombreuses évolutions fonctionnelles et techniques  :

-analyse et respect des spécifications ;

-développement : prise en compte des différentes configurations clients, prise en compte de l’impact sur les autres éléments logiciels ;

-respect des temps de réalisation et des chemins critiques prévus ;

-documentation (de la base de donnée, des tests) ;

-suivi de la mise en production : analyse des retours client et corrections en lien avec notre service exploitation ;

-support niveau 3 : investigations et corrections en lien avec notre service support.

Et la coordination des développeurs :

-priorisation et dispatch des tâches entre les membres de l’équipe ;

-contrôle des livrables et dispense de feedback ;

-support aux membres de l’équipe pour les sujets les plus complexes ;

-promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de développement dans l’équipe.

Les échanges avec les autres services internes Asterio sont fréquents (QA, support niveau 1, formateurs, infrastructure IT…).

L’environnement technique :

Java JEE, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, Javascript (Jquery), PostgreSQL, Oracle, XML, SOAP/ REST, SVN, Subversion/Git, DevOps (Jenkins, Docker, …), IntelliJ, Trac.

Bon à savoir :

- L'équipe utilise des annotations JPA avec Hibernate ;

- L'équipe builde des images docker pour le déploiement et c'est traité en aval des équipes de développement ;

- L'équipe utilise les lambda avec Java (version 8 actuellement et nous allons migrer dans les prochaines semaines sur la version 17).

Le profil recherché :

Développeur de formation et ayant pratiqué en entreprise, vous avez par la suite évolué vers le management d’équipe tout en gardant un socle technique solide où vous avez collaborez sur des projets web avec une stack en Java / JS.

La maîtrise des technos CSS, XML, AJAX, SQL, Hibernate, IntelliJ, IHM, mobilité est souhaitée.

Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre adaptabilité et votre sens de l’organisation.
