Les équipes de Group Operations sont alors composées de :

- : définie la stratégie IT globale d’AXA ; favorise la convergence de l’IT au sein des entités et leur fournit des services partagés ;

- : protège les salariés, nos parties prenantes et la marque AXA en sécurisant les informations et gérant la cyber sécurité, la sécurité physique ainsi que la résilience des opérations ;

- : définie les ambitions concernant la maturité des données du Groupe ; construit et gère la communauté ; conduit la recherche et l’expertise ; assiste les entités les moins matures en termes de données ; identifie les technologies de pointe et en développe des disruptives pour les entités ; crée des cas d’usage sur des technologies spécifiques avec les entités ;

- : définie la stratégie d’achats d’AXA, ses lignes directrices et les normes du Groupe ; gère les relations avec nos fournisseurs stratégiques et accélère les achats métiers ;

- : s’assure de la cohérence des projets globaux avec la stratégie du Groupe ; veille à la mise en œuvre et performance des projets stratégiques ;

You will join the Group Operations Transformation/HR Business Partneringdepartment, more specifically the Global HRBP team. For a scope of 3,000 employees, spread across 16 countries (Europe, Asia, US, and Morocco), ourteam has the following main responsibilities:

Acting as a strategicpartner and agent of change to enable the achievement of business goals and the implementation of the company's cultural transformation, as well as anexcellent employeeexperience Building a long-term trust relationshipwith Business Leaders, acting as advisors and enabling the development of our Leadership teams As an HR team, deploying HR policies and processeswithin the Divisions, ensuring a fair and consistent employeeexperience, with the support of Centers of Expertise (L&D, People Acquisition, C&B, Workforce Evolution, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Relations & Legal HR) Reporting to a Global HRBP, youwill support the entireteam and have the following main missions:

Support the Global HRBPs in the construction and monitoring of the departments' annual HR Roadmaps:

Analysis of HR and business strategic issues Collection of roadmaps from the Centers of Expertise (, recruitment, learning, compensation & benefits...) Definition of priority actions and levers Monitoring of indicators and necessaryadjustments Structuring HR calendars/activities by working closely with our Centers of Expertise and optimizing the use of our collaborative tools

Support the Global HRBPs in cross-functionalactivities in a transformation context:

Help us structure and drive HR initiatives in project mode (PMO), improving the efficiency and alignment of projects with AXA GO's strategic objectivesin human resources Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of HR processes within the framework of the new Target Operating Model HRBP (monitoring of probationary periods, holiday reporting, monitoring of HR tickets...) Work on harmonizingourgovernance and collaboration modes with the Centers of Expertise Activelycontribute to the organization and coordination of all ourannual HR processes: Organization of People Reviews (performance reviews, promotions, talent programs) Goal setting: setting objectives Mentoring program Monitoring of HR KPIs
