Il/elle apporte un support à l’équipe Project Management d’Emerson Solutions à Saint-Priest (69, périphérie de
Lyon) dans l’exécution des projets et la production des livrables associés, dans le respect des plannings et des
réquisitions des projets concernés : clarifications techniques, design, documentation, planning, construction and
intégration, suivi et relance fournisseurs, communication avec les clients et les fournisseurs, inspections,
emballage et expédition.
Stage rémunéré en fonction de l’année d’étude, carte ticket restaurant, participation au transport.
Dans ce rôle, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
• Clarifications techniques et design : communique avec les clients pour clarifier les
spécifications/réquisitions. Assiste les chefs de projets dans la phase de design.
• Communication clients/ fournisseurs : apporte un support aux chefs de projets dans la compréhension
des besoins des clients. Analyse et répond aux questions des fournisseurs.
• Exécution, Planning and Suivi projets : Prend en main le suivi /la relance des fournisseurs dans la phase
d’intégration/construction en accord avec les plannings et requis projets
• Documentation : élabore certains documents projets (procédures, schémas…), vérifie la documentation
émise par les fournisseurs internes/externes, rassemble et consolide les documents en accord avec les
standards clients
• Inspections : élabore les documents requis pour les inspections, effectue les vérifications et contrôles
préalables, assiste les chefs de projets pendant les inspections
• Emballage et expéditions : effectue un suivi des opérations d’emballage et élabore les documents
d’expédition
• Autres tâches : effectue toutes autres activités de support à l’équipe Projets nécessitées par le contexte
projet
Ton profil:
• En cours de formation, diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent, vous avez un intérêt particulier pour la Gestion
de projet.
• Vous avez une expérience en design, intégration et inspections projets (automatisme, systèmes et
instrumentation)
• Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de MS Office
• Vous êtes agile, rigoureux, vous avez le sens du collectif et du travail en équipe.
• Votre environnement de travail sera international et à ce titre votre anglais oral et écrit est pleinement
opérationnel
• Vous faites preuve d’autonomie.
• Vous pouvez organiser et prioriser votre travail, en local ou à distance.
• Vous avez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles.
Qualifications préférées qui vous distinguent :
• Des compétences en gestion de projet sont des atouts.
• En cours de formation, diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent
• Une expérience de la gestion, de la motivation et du développement d'équipes est idéale.
