Descriptif du poste : 

En tant que Business Development Associate (H/F), vous serez rattaché au Sales Manager. Intégré dans une équipe à taille humaine (une dizaine de collaborateurs), vos principales responsabilités seront:

Prospecter / développer les relations commerciales avec de futurs partenaires restaurateurs. Maintenir un niveau d’activité quotidien constant en matière de prospection (cold calling)Présenter les services de l'entreprise de manière claire, convaincante et professionnelle en s’appuyant sur le script de vente interne de l’entreprise.Gérer les négociations commerciales et réussir à closer rapidement.Atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels de l'entreprise.Assurer un suivi auprès de nos partenaires pour garantir leur satisfaction et leur performance sur Deliveroo après leur mise en ligne.Faire un reporting de vos actions commerciales à votre manager chaque semaine. Maintenir à jour votre lead-list / CRM pour faciliter nos actions de suivi Etre force de proposition.

Profil :

Minimum Bac+3, Bac+4 en commerce, marketing ou toute autre discipline pertinenteExpérience confirmée dans la vente de produits ou de servicesExcellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en présentationCapacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement son tempsConnaissance des techniques de vente et de marketing modernesConnaissance du marché de la livraison de repas et de la concurrence.

Le processus de recrutement :

Entretien de pré qualification avec un recruteur (30mn) - visioconférence. Entretien avec la / le manager (60mn) - visioconférence ou sur site. Cas pratique avec un(e) Senior Manager sur ce poste (45 mn) - visioconférence ou sur site. Entretien "Culture et Valeurs" - (30mn) - visioconférence ou sur site. Proposition d'embauche.

Les étapes 3 et 4 peuvent être planifiées sur une même demi-journée.
