·Contribue à la montée en puissance de l’équipe sur la gestion de portefeuilles assurantiels investis en actions globales, dans le respect des objectifs définis par les entités du groupe AXA soit : recherche de la préservation du capital, réalisation de budgets financiers et création de valeur sur le long terme.
·Conduit des analyses fondamentales en collaboration avec l’ensemble des gérants-analystes sur les valeurs globales
·Formalisation de recommandations d’investissement, promeut ses idées avec clarté et esprit de synthèse
·Participe aux comités d’investissement et promeut ses idées en ligne avec les convictions d’investissement de l’équipe.
·S’inscrit dans le développement de l’expertise en participant activement aux réunions clients / prospects
·Vient renforcer l’équipe Equity dans la gestion des mandats actions globales en collaboration avec les autres gérants selon une philosophie d’investissement basée sur la recherche de sociétés de qualité et la création de valeur à long terme.
·Comprend et se conforme aux exigences de conformité d’Axa Core Equity.
·S’assure que les portefeuilles sont en ligne avec les objectifs définis et sont conformes à toutes les contraintes d’investissement.
·S’approprie et adhère à l’approche de gestion de l’équipe.
Votre Profil
Formation
· Diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur, le CFA serait un plus.
Expériences
·Expérience significative de la gestion de mandats ou de fonds investis en actions globales / US avec une approche fondamentale.
·Une expérience de gestion pour un assureur et/ou des clients institutionnels serait un réel plus.
Connaissances et compétences
·Connaissances globales des marchés / économies et politiques
·Compétences en analyse financière
·Capacité à construire des portefeuilles avec un horizon de long terme
· Anglais courant, écrit et oral
Compétences personnelles
·Capacité à mener des analyses financières approfondies
·Attention au détail et précision dans la gestion de portefeuille
·Capacité à partager ses idées avec l’équipe
·Communication de qualité avec un esprit de synthèse.
·Force de conviction et état d’esprit constructif.
