Experis France recherche un(e) Team Leader (Administrateur poste de travail) pour notre client situé Paris 15ème.

Les missions :

· Piloter les activités de l'équipe administrateur Poste de travail

· Animer les réunions (Point de Production, COTECH)

· Dispatcher les incidents dans l'outils de ticketing ALOA afin de repartir la charge de travail pour respecter les SLAs

· Recetter et mettre en production des package via Ivanti.

· Mise en production d'application mobile Android/IOS

· Recetter et mettre en production des patchs de sécurité via Ivanti.

· Recetter et mettre en production du Master en collaboration de l'ingénieur Poste de Travail.

· Réaliser les Reporting et inventaire Hebdomadaire/Mensuel

· Rédaction des consignes et modes opératoire.
