Mission

Our client is looking an experienced IT Application Manager who has a strong background in ERP Systems and a good understanding of financial and trade processes in the industrial sector.

The Application Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

 - Selecting and implementing new Software Applications that are cloud and server based in an Azure & AVD environment, in collaboration with stakeholders from different departments and functions

 - Maintaining and developing existing Software Applications to ensure they are up to date, secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements and best practices

 - Documenting and creating Workflow Sheets for Software Applications to provide clear and consistent guidance for users and developers

 - Training and supporting users on Software Applications to enhance their skills and confidence in using the tools effectively

 - Managing IT Service Provider for Application & Infrastructure issues to ensure timely and quality service delivery and resolution of problems

 - Communicating with IT Group Management Europe to report on the status, progress and challenges of Software Applications projects and initiatives

 - Direct Reporting Line to Operation Director and dotted line IT Group Manager Europe

Profil recherché

  • Une expérience avec Sage / Salesforce est très appréciée (mais pas nécessaire au final).
  • L'anglais est obligatoire.
  • Des compétences en gestion de projet sont un bon plus.
